Status of your order.
If you have already placed an order, you can check the status of your order online. Click on Order Status (on Sony Style Site).
To calculate when you will receive an item, please consider the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select.
Item Availability Timeframe + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time.
For example, many items on our site show availability within 1-3 days. If you select Ground Shipping, your shipping time will be 6 to 10 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1 to3 days (availability) plus 6 to 10 days (shipping time). You can expect to receive this item at your front door 7 to 13 days after you place your order.
If your order includes several items with different availabilities, use the longest availability time in your order.
Return Information and Instructions.
How you can return an item purchased from Sony Style.
In regard to your return request, we regret that you are not completely satisfied with your Sony product.
You may create a return request (RMA) online using the Order Status tab. Enter your order information and it will give you a Return Button on the right side of the screen to create your RMA. Follow the directions on the website to complete the Return Request.
Products must be returned in the original packaging. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. RMAs are valid for only 30 days from issuance (10 days in case of AIBO Entertainment Robot Products). You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Sony. If you return Product to Sony (i) without a RMA from Sony or (ii) beyond the 30 day period (10 day for AIBO Robot Products), or (iii) without proper packaging, Sony retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee.
Once the items are received back, the credit will be processed to your original credit card and will appear on your statement in 1 to 2 billing cycles.
Return Policy: Sony's return policy allows for Products purchased directly from Sony to be returned by you after obtaining a Sony return authorization number (RMA) during the 30 day period (10 day period for AIBO Entertainment Robot Products) following date of shipment by Sony for a refund of purchase price actually paid. We will not issue a refund on any CD or DVD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify Customer Service within 30 days.
